Welcome to NTSkins. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access and use of the website ntskins.com and services offered by CS HOLDINGS LTDA ("NTSkins", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• Skin: Virtual cosmetic item for games, including but not limited to Counter-Strike 2 (CS2).
• Listing: Offer of a skin for sale on the marketplace by a seller.
• Buyer: User who acquires skins through the marketplace.
• Seller: User who lists skins for sale on the marketplace.
• Wallet/Balance: USD balance maintained in the user's account for marketplace transactions.
• Withdrawal: Transfer of a purchased skin to the user's Steam inventory.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (b) have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (c) not be prohibited from using the services under applicable laws; (d) have a valid and active Steam account.

3. How the Marketplace Works

3.1 Purchasing Skins

When you purchase a skin, the amount is debited from your NTSkins wallet. The skin is reserved for you and will be available for withdrawal to your Steam inventory. To receive the skin, you must have a valid Trade URL configured and accept the trade offer sent by our system.

3.2 Selling Skins (P2P)

Sellers can list skins by setting a price. When a skin is sold, the seller must send the trade offer to the buyer. After delivery confirmation, the sale amount (minus applicable fees) is credited to the seller's wallet.

3.3 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on seller availability and Steam system conditions. We work to process transactions quickly but do not guarantee specific delivery times.

4. Fees and Charges

NTSkins may charge fees for certain services, including:

• Selling fee: applied to P2P sale amounts, displayed before listing confirmation.
• Payment processing fee: may apply to deposits, depending on chosen payment method.
• Cash withdrawal fee: may apply to withdrawals to external payment methods.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

We accept deposits via PIX, credit/debit card, and cryptocurrencies. Deposits are processed by our payment partners (Stripe, Cryptomus, Woovi). Processing times vary according to the chosen method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Available balance can be used to purchase skins or, when available, withdrawn to external payment methods. Withdrawals may be subject to security verifications, limits, and estimated processing times.

5.3 Chargebacks and Reversals

Fraudulent chargebacks or unjustified disputes may result in immediate account suspension and legal action. We reserve the right to hold balance and skins in cases of fraud investigation.

6. Anti-Fraud and Verification (KYC)

To protect our platform and users, we may request identity verification (KYC) in certain situations, including but not limited to: high-value transactions, suspicious activity patterns, cash withdrawal requests, or when required by law. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in account restrictions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any unlawful purpose.
• Manipulate prices, create fake listings, or deceive other users.
• Use unauthorized bots, scripts, or automation.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or internal systems.
• Perform fraudulent chargebacks or dispute legitimate transactions.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions.
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of the NTSkins website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of CS HOLDINGS LTDA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTSkins shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; (c) failures or interruptions of Steam or third-party services; (d) actions of other users on the platform; (e) fluctuations in the value of skins or virtual items. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or for any other reason at our discretion. In case of termination for violation, you may lose access to balance and items associated with your account. You may request termination of your own account at any time by contacting our support.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
